This is in the region south of the Laleli district, where they cater for mainly Russian tradesman and (maybe even more often) women. They come in busses, with often a seperate baggage van attached, and buy a lot (and I mean A LOT) of these leather jackets, or shoes, of T-shirts, or .. you name it.
