At the NE side of town the Lozan Karaağaç Caddesi leaves town on its way to the Meriç Bridge and then Edirne. On the last roundabout there is a curious structure, water rises up from its centre, then supposedly driving waterwheels on two sides, that then might make mills turn (they seemed locked).
