This is one of pictures I took during a walk to Göreme, starting by going west from the main road in Cavusin.

After having crossed a road to Uchisar the road to Göreme climbs at an alarming rate, almost impossible for ordinary cars, and when walking, as I did, on has to make certain one does not tumble down. Luckily it is only for some hundred meters.
