The Kara Nohut Mosque. It was founded by a “dokumcubaşı” şuça ağa (1590) who cast the huge cannon on Topkapı Square, his name and the date 1574 are on it. The mosque disappeared over time, and was rebuilt by Ali Riza Ertaş. It is in the Nakibu-I Esraf Sokak, not far from the Aksaray station.
