A pile of stones to me was a sign that shortly this will be a well-kept tourist attraction, not the rough spot it has been for almost two decennia.

To me they looked like stones used to built a road. So no building blocks here. It makes you comment irrelevant. And they certainly did not keep me out.

Those are all cubes, who builds with stone cubes? That seems odd, is that usual there? Rectangles make it much easier to stagger them and distribute the weight. It looks more like intended fill to keep people out.
