I could not identify this building next to the Assembly Hall on the Main Street.

Elsewhere I read that , most probably in the 5th century AD, the city was reduced in size through the construction of a strong fortification wall with the stone blocks and material from the structures around and this Bouleuterion/Odeion structure. It may be this is the wall mentioned.
