From the description in On the Lycian way, a booklet sold in museums in the area, I gather this is the "King's Tomb", with amongst other things a scene of a child being tutored (according to Sir Charles Fellows who went here in the 19th century and saw it in better condition). On a lintel one sees reliefs of men and horses.
