When I visited this area in 2012 it had recently been excavated or was still being dug up. In 2013 I found much more had been excavated, a whole new neighbourhood seemed to have sprang up.

This is part of the street leading up to another part, with an aqueduct running over the street. The right side is rather open, but on the left side it is clear there was a row of shops.
