The Alemşah kümbeti: a grave monument to Alemşah from 1327, the time of the Ilhanlılar. It has two floors, the lower one contains the grave, the upper one is a mescit or prayer room. I have pictures from that upper room.
The marble blocks used to build the cellar room and prayer room were taken from the antique city of Pessinus/Ballıhisar, 15 km South of Sivrihisar. The pyramidal roof was made of bricks, using the Ilkhanid/Persian technique of dome building.
