On my way to Termessos I came across this huge Atatürk. All pictures were by necessity taken from a moving car.
Some viewers may know the wonderful Donald Duck story, where Donald "cleans" Mount Rushmore's presidents, utterly ruining their portraits. I "read" this in the '50's and it made it impossible for me to take such portraits seriously ever since. I know another one in Izmir. More may follow.
