One of a series of pictures of the Elmalı Ambo. From the Wikicommons (which has one picture of it) I understood it is from the 6th century, from Vaiz Kürsüsü (Elmalı) showing two angels flanking the virgin Mary.
The Wiki picture shows the stone more reddish.
