Armoured statue of Emperor Trajan (?), there is no head, from Perge, 2nd century AD. Found in front of the stage in the Theatre in 1992 in several pieces, a lot is missing.
On the breastplate two flanking griffins, they are the symbol of the sun god Apollo and symbolize the divine protection given to the Emperor and his family.
