The Beyazıt Paşa Mosque, built in 1414 on initiative of this Grand Vizir of sultan Mehmet I. Its floor plan is that of a reversed T (similar to some early-Ottoman Bursa mosques).
On the picture: The mosque seen from the west. The two high domes cover the prayer hall beneath them; the lower part (on the foreground) is the right wing of the building, consisting of two square rooms which are connected to the prayer hall by small passages.
