From the Church of Hagios Studios (compare the ambo earlier) Monastery, Yedikule, Istanbul this is a slab of a limestone sarcophagus, with a representation of Jesus entering Jeruzalem.
In view of the history of the church I put it in the 5-10th century bracket.
