A few days before the beginning of the school year, they appeared everywhere all at once. I knew I could not shoot all of them - nobody could - but this time I had to hunt a decent sample, in some of their typical habitats. I remembered only too well my failure the last time their likes had been here. That time I shot only one, and then all of them disappeared almost overnight. This time, however, I was better equipped, better prepared and more determined. I knew I had little time, because in two weeks the season would be over. Whenever I had a free hour, I went for the hunt. I left my family during the weekend, and took a day off from work. I drove miles. I walked miles. I spent the nights cropping and loading batteries.
These are the results, here they are in all their glory: signs by the Ministry of Education, announcing the Education Reform.
