Uhh.. your thinking real hallucination.. You don't really see real hallucination on lsd or shrooms, or any psychedelics for that matter... They more.. brighten colors, make things swirl and morph, make things appear bigger.. You wont hallucinate smurfs.. Although you may see simpler things, like fire, steam, rays of light.. etc.
