Seen while traveling from Kyoto to Kansai International Airport in Osaka for our flight home.
The Abenobashi Terminal Building consists of a train station, department store, offices, hotel, art museum and observatory. Construction of it was completed in 2014. It has 62 floors above ground and six floors below ground.
Osaka is the second largest metropolitan area in Japan with a population 2.5 million and over 19 million in its greater metropolitan area. It is a major commercial center.
