Efficient use of space near our hotel: top level - trains, middle level - pedestrians, street - autos (Shiodome District, Tokyo)

This area is next to our hotel, the Park Hotel. The Yurikamome Automated (no drivers) Subway Line is on the top level. There also is a subway line/station and many stores on a basement (below street) level. An entrance to the Park Hotel is on the middle level walkway.
