Stone towers with the faces of Avalokitesvara (Buddha of Compassion) - Bayon Temple, Angkor Thom, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia
Some scholars claim the faces on the towers bear a resemblance to the Buddhist King Jayavarman VII who built them in the 13th century. A king wouldn't do that, would he? :-)
