Castellina - in the Chianti region of Tuscany (north of Siena and south of Florence)

Street in Castellina. Castellina's origin is Roman. Important Florentine garrison in war with Siena (12th century).	We visited this winery, "La Castellina." These barrels in the basement are used to age wine. The building is from the 1500's.	The wine tasting room of "La Castellina," where we sampled the goods. The Chianti region is Italy's most famous wine district.
