Royal Palace (1655) on Dam Square. As king of Holland, Louis Bonaparte, brother of Napoleon, made it his palace (1808).	A canal in Amsterdam	Rijksmuseum: Opened in 1885. It houses several thousand paintings in 200 rooms.
