SMC finished a record-setting season with a split of a doubleheader with Pace, dropping the first game 5-3 and running away with the final game 9-0 in 5 innings. SMC Senior Meggan pitched both games and topped the 800 career strikeout mark. SMC Seniors Casey and Meg C each blasted HRs on the day, as did Meg O (who had a grandslam and a triple).

The 2007 Purple Knights set the program record for regular season wins, finishing 26-14 overall, 16-12 in NE-10 play. Congratulations on a fine season Mikes! And congratulations again to the three seniors: Meggan, Casey, & Meg who rewrote the record book while setting a classy example for future generations of Knights.
