St. Albans Steelers vs Fairfax

I happened upon the 4th quarter of the St. Albans Steelers vs the Fairfax Patriots ... both teams seemed pretty intent on pounding the ball -- I only saw one pass attempt and that was intercepted (might have been why) ... but it was fun to see these kids play ball ...

These were the 7 / 8th graders. This was the first game of the season and the kids did a heck of a job. Next week a road trip to Lyndon.
