The Comets swept through the MVU Round Robin, taking all four scrimmages with a mix of pitching, hitting, running, and defense. Kater threw 5 scoreless innings against Colchester, struck out 7, walked none ... gave up 4 (?) hits. Hillary and Brittany endured foul weather, but persevered for their victories. All in all, it was a great chance for MVU, BFA, MMU, Colchester, & Spaulding to shake of any remaining rust or nerves before the season and our thanks go out to MVU for hosting the event!
