Vermont's North All-Stars swept their Southern counterparts, taking 3 wins in the annual senior all star tournament to conclude their high school careers. The dynamic duo of Kate & Heather left high school in style ... Heather cemented her position as the top catcher in the State while Kate earned the win in the 1st game as the starter; earned the win in the 2nd game in relief and drove in the tying and winning runs in that game; and then closed out the win in the third game. Congrats to all the stars -- especially our longtime friends/rivals: Laurel, Katie W, Kelsey, Casey, Becca, and Whitney.I was coaching Emmer's team as they won the 16u Vermont State Championship ASA tournament, so I missed these games -- photos here are by Marilyn.
