In a gift of fun, togetherness, and memory to each other, the Billingses trekked to Lake Placid during our Christmas time together in 2012 and took on the Olympic Bobsled! It was a cool experience - fast, bumpy, and awesome in the high banked corners. Bought our tix and got chauffered in a black suv to the top with no waiting! We rode in pairs, joined by a driver and a brakeman. It's over in a flash of about 45 seconds, but worth the lift ticket esque prices for one run to experience the thrill of bobsledding firsthand after enjoying it on TV in many winter Olympics. Kind of a blur with no in process photo opportunities, but a very cool experience.
