I got to see the 2009 JV Comets take on Colchester ... the Comets feature Hannah and Bri from our winter pitching clinics -- and Colchester is coached by former VT Rocket (and on of my all-time favorites) Dorey Myers. Hannah pitched very well, throwing hard, mixing her pitches -- and adding in a pair of long triples in the win. Bri did a nice job behind the plate -- handling the movement on the pitches and snagging a popup while hitting well as well.
