SASA House Mites 122008

Early one Saturday morning, I got to see a couple of NMC relatives play House Mite Hockey at Collins Perley -- Hailey, Jen's daughter, and Owen, Martha's grandson, play on the same team -- Coached by Owen's Dad Adam & Assisted by Jen. Hailey played goal -- turning away a number of scoring opportunities; Owen chased the puck, finding the net on at least two occassions. They were fun to watch!

Had to shoot at asa 3200 as the flash is too distracting, so the images are grainy. As the mites were playing "half ice", I tried some shot through the glass, but didn't like what I was getting. Then tried to shoot though a hole in the glass, but still wasn't happy. Ultimately went up into the press box -- still not happy with the light/tones, but they're fun.
