In celebration of Independence Day, in support of friends taking on athletic challenge, in scoping out our future, and in enjoyment of a beautiful Vermont day, M & I enjoyed the 35th annual Great Race in St. Albans Bay .. too windy for all but only the elite racers class, as all the casuals were (wisely) kept on shore given the 20 mph wind causing questionable canoeing/kayaking conditions .. naturally, I took some pictures.
