The D300 got its first test drive -- in Canada, at the Granby Zoo. Naturally, their tigers were the stars of the show ... I like the responsiveness of the camera -- I've just got a lot to learn about it! I stayed with the 18-200mm lens for the whole journey, changing ISO levels as I moved in/out doors and shifting between various metering modes and focus modes -- as I said, I have a lot to learn. Oh, and speaking of "a lot to learn", who knew you neeeeeded a birth certificate to get into Canada? Dang -- well, I got there and managed to get back as well ... but I won't push my luck again!
