The BFA Comets finished the regular season at 16-0 with an 8-0 win over CVU. Kate went the distance on the mound -- coming within one pitch of a perfect game ... giving up a single to lead off the 5th ... She finished with a 1-hitter, striking out 12 and walking 0. Mikaela's triple and Jessica's double paced the offense -- and once again, the defense sparkled with errorless play.

This was just the 2nd game of her career that I've missed in entirety (Emmer had a game for Freshman, so I went to see Emmer). Marilyn went to Kate's game, so here are some of her photos. On to the playoffs!!
