BFA's Freshman Comet team gets their start in the program under Coaches Cioffi and Plante. It will be fun to watch this group as they begin to learn the system and what it takes to be Comets. Unfortunately, a catcher on the team -- our Emmer -- broke her hand in preseason and will be sidelined for 4-5 weeks. (Yep, she broke the other hand in the Raider 05 gallery). Another catcher has stepped forward and life goes on -- we'll just be anxious to have Em return to the field. I'll get to many of their games and will, naturally, take a few pictures along the way.
