We persevered through the pre-game rain to see the nex-gen filled Comets take on Spaulding. Chelsey started on the mound and dominated -- in addition to blasting a long HR over the leftfield fence to pace the offense. Kelsey hit well; Hannah looked good in relief; Kat got to catch in relief -- and I left when I had to with the Comets ahead 10-1 in the 5th.
