A gorgeous bride, a charming groom, a beautiful mother-of-the-bride, an intriguing setting, and a stunning sunset ... Add in my favorite female companion and a chance to see Daria and Andy Bishop shoot professionally and you've got a recipe for a perfectly lovely wedding ... :-)

Marilyn and I had a grand time at the wedding of Amanda & Jude -- Amanda is the daughter of Patricia & Norm, dear friends of ours through the Tupperworld. The bride and groom are wonderful together -- and their affection radiated through the event, much like the perfect weather and amazing sunset. A great evening all around!

Plus, Daria Bishop was the wedding photographer -- she's one of my favorites, an inspiration for me to seek out the Beast ... She made my evening when she snuggled next to me as I cradled my camera in my aisle seat moments before the ceremony and whispered softly in my ear, "If you get in the aisle, I will kill you." Accordingly, my shots are from my seat! :-) ... I'll link to her blog when her images are up -- we got a sneak peek and they are spectacular! Three years later we also got to enjoy Amanda's brother Brian's wedding to Michelle ... such a wonderful family.
