The JV BFA Comets fell behind MMU 4-0 quickly, but came back with a flurry and made a game of it before MMU stretched it back out at the end in a 14-7 victory over the young Comets. Emmer got medical clearance to play, so made her onfield debut -- coming away with two assists despite a foot that was still sore and having lost some of her conditioning. It was great to see "the captain" back in action.
