Actually, this was Tipsy Too WHILE it was Tipsy too...just before it became Miss Ashley. That's Gary Levitz in the seat at Reno '84, after having been rebuilt at Chino from the damage suffered in '83 when Chuck Hall bellied her in following an engine failure.
