Keep me in your heart for while (Warren Zevon)
Not much of a photo, I know, but it oddly seems to fit my thoughts today. The 87 year old man I interviewed two months ago was killed in a car accident yesterday. I was glad I had the opportunity to sit with him over a period of several days, telling people it was all just an interview, but mainly because he was incredible company and a fantastic story teller. The only hard part of the talks we had was when he spoke about his wife and his eyes misted. She died less than a year ago. I'm glad they're together again, but he will definitely be missed.
