Tropical Rockmaster

female, Diphlebia euphoeoides, on my clothes line

I was perplexed as to why I couldn't match this to any dragonfly species, but eventualy discovered a matching photo of it - amongst the damselflies. It is noted as the most dragonfly-like of damselflies.

What a beauty!! Your shot is crystal clear and very well captured. It does look like a dragonfly rather than a damselfly - interesting.
