Ivory Curl (Buckhinghamia celsissima)

A small tree endemic to rainforests in north-east Queensland, especially drier rainforests.
It is widely planted and hardy. This was photographed in my garden.

an ebullient plant, so alive with flowers and a sense of flow...right enough it's summer down there in the antipodes..
