boulder peak

These granite tors mark a major watershed, forming part of the Great Dividing Range at 900 m ASL.
The Great Dividing Range is "great" because it runs the length of the east coast of Australia (about 3,000 km), though it is not "great" in elevation.
The Range forms the northern border, more or less, of Wyndham Sandy Creek.

The pale-barked trees are Lemon-scented Gum (Corymbia citriodora).

The trees and rocks sure know how to make the most of naturally aesthetic placement! Beautiful image and good info.
