groove

How long would it have taken to grind this grove by hand?
This was created by pre-contact Aborigines grinding rocks to create tools. It is about 25 cm long. In this outcrop of granite there are about a dozen such grooves.
Shown to me by the Traditional Owners of the area, and photographed with their permission.
