Mareeba Rock-wallaby

This female has a large young one in her pouch, its head just visible.
The Mareeba Rock-wallaby occurs only on rock outcrops in a fairly small area in far north Queensland, Australia.

Adorable!! I can see that little 'joey' just peeking out. It was a real thrill for me to see these animals in the wild when I was there. V
