On infertile, white clay rises, a low open woodland features lots of Northern Forest Grass-tree (Xanthorrhoea johnsonii). The dark-barked trees are Woolly She-oak (Allocasuarina inophloia) whilst the eucalypt leaves in the photo probably belong to a Queensland Peppermint (Eucalyptus exserta).
