Nelson Paganacci started working for Braniff in 1967 at Miami International until the airline died in 1982. He was then station manager for Florida Express where I met him in the mid-80's. When that airline died he was hired by the Aviation Department as an Airport Attendant, working at MIA for me in the Gate Control section of Airside Operations and then for Ramp Control. He then transferred to Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport as an Airport Attendant. After a few years there he was selected by then-Aviation Deputy Director Amaury Zuriarrain to work as a photographer in Public Affairs. He had a very friendly outgoing personality and we had some good times together over the years.

Nelson passed away on January 20, 2003 at the age of 62. Rest in Peace, Nelson!
