Thank you to Bill Avery for contributing this image. In 1962 Mr. Brenner was the teacher for the boys graduating class. In 1957-1958 he taught my 5th Grade boys class.

Best teacher i ever had and a good person, went back a few times to see Him

Does anyone remember him standing on top of the side shelves by the window to check if any students were cheating during test exams. He spent his retirement years living in Costa Rica. He passed away a few years ago.

Mr. Brenner was my 8th grade teacher for the school year 1959-1960. Crazy guy that seemed to enjoy his job. He made an impression on everyone in the class.

He was the best teacher that I ever had. He worked us hard and we learned from his example, his effort and his desire to teach. He is largly resonsible for my being a college professor today. - Roger Kayser kayserr@aol.com ( 8th grade class of 1965)
