I'm sorry to hear about your father but he did live a wonderful life. I'll never forget the ping-pong in the front room and the many times I worked on the farm while I was going to Stetson. Best wishes to the whole family.

Thanks for the memories and kind words. I know Dad would be surprised and grateful for such a nice memorial.

Although I never met Klaus or his wife, I did attend Hialeah High with Karen. She may not remember me but I recall her as a quiet, beautiful young lady. I was at her home on 50th St. one time for reasons that escape me now. Belated condolences. -- Rich Sandler

I was sadden to learn of Klaus's passing. My parents knew them in Miami when they were clearing the land to farm. I always enjoyed my visits with them in Miami and sorry we were not able to keep in closer touch. I hope all the best for Katie, Karen, Ann and Kathryn. In case they still read this site, my mother, Hildreth Willson, passed away Jan 28th, 2008 and her husband Richard, passed Jan 2, 2007.

Karen Sjogren and I graduated together in 1960. I can remember planting onions on the farm at least one weekend and thinking those were the longest rows I'd ever seen in my life. My condolences to the Sjogren family.

I was a neighbor of the Sjogrens when they lived on West 50th St in Hialeah. Used to plant onions on their farm on Saturday mornings. I would love to hear from any of the family. Bill Long, Crofton, MD, Hialeah High '59
