Thank you to Alex Delgado for posting this great old photo. Victoria Hospital opened in 1924 at the 925 NE 3rd Street. It was the first hospital to be listed in the Miami telephone book in the summer of 1924. The original hospital was rebuilt in the 1970's and the new building had 300 beds and is at 955 NW 3rd Street. It is the oldest continuous privately owned hospital in Miami. Today, it is known as Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and is a for-profit skilled nursing facility with 264 beds, of which 196 beds are private.
