I ran into Monique one afternoon after leaving CVS on the west end of Dadeland. We had talked fairly recently at Dave Burger's funeral in 2016. I believe she retired from the Aviation Department in 1996. She was the best Chief of Protocol that MIA ever had and she was always so pleasant to deal with when she had her VIP's from all over the world coming in and through the airport.
