The photographer was the North Miami Police Department and the image is from the Myrna & Seth Bramson Collection. This theatre was a single screen 600-seat facility. My wife Karen and her brother Jim and sister Wendy saw many first run movies at this theatre during the 1960's since they grew up in nearby Biscayne Park. The theatre was renamed to the Southland in the early 1970's.
