Coach Mike Feduniak has been joining our small group for breakfast every Saturday at the Brothers of Brooklyn Bagels and Deli restaurant. He joined the Dade County Public Schools system in 1953 and was at Hialeah High School from 1963 until his retirement at age 65 in 1985 after 32 years. He was the athletic director at HHS until he started an aviation program around 1966. He will turn 90 years old on July 1, 2010.

Brothers of Brooklyn is owned and managed by Chris and Donna Christie and has been serving some fine breakfasts and lunch for at least a decade and probably longer.
